Kanopy's Mobile & TV Apps Help has categorized help and troubleshooting by device.
Mobile Apps include iOS devices, Android devices, and Amazon Fire tablets.
TV Apps include Apple TV & Airplay, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung Smart TV, Roku, Telstra TV, and Chromecast.
To access and stream movies from Kanopy online, go to the Kanopy website. If it's your first time using the site, register your library card number by clicking "Add Library Card" and adding your library card number and four-digit pin. As you return to the site, log in with the email address you used and the password you created. Once logged in, you can access borrowed content, browse the Kanopy catalog, and change your account settings. There is no need to install anything. Note you cannot download content for offline access - everything is streamed.
