From the Prusa website:
It is a good practice to check and optionally reconnect the electrical connectors on the xBuddy board and electronics board in the Nextruder every 600-800 hours of printing.
According to the Prusa website, the HEPA filter included in the Advanced Filtration System can last at least 600 hours of printing before requiring replacement. The filter slides into and out of the Filter-Bracket from the left.
