This free clinic is designed for the pro se (do-it-yourself) civil litigant in federal court. A Clinic Attorney will assist litigants in understanding the civil litigation process and forms as well as answer questions. The Attorney can assist litigants throughout the process from assisting litigants with preparing documents to file with the Court, reviewing court orders, and providing legal advice. Appointments will be for 45 – 60 minutes in duration, and litigants may make subsequent appointments for assistance throughout the process.
Appointments can be made online at https://www.cobar.org/fpsc or litigants may be able to be seen on a space-available walk-in basis at the Alfred A. Arraj Federal Courthouse on 901 19th Street, Denver, CO 80294. The clinic can be contacted at 303-380-8786. Please bring all documents related to your matter with you to your appointment.
