How to Find Colorado Court Forms

This video and the print directions linked below will demonstrate how to find Colorado Court Forms on the "Self-Help/Forms" section of the Colorado Judicial Branch's website. Usually these forms start with the prefix “JDF” followed by a number. JDF stands for Judicial District Form. You will find a few other forms on this website that begin with CRCCP, which come from the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure. There are a few others that are just titled “Form” which are also from the Colorado Court Rules.
