In addition to the Pikes Peak Library District, there are many organizations in El Paso county who offer programs and classes for adults, including older adults, to learn new skills and to expand their knowledge base. The following list contains only those organizations whose primary focus is on providing life long learning to older adults.

Under the Department of Human Services, it is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults by providing transportation services and nutrition programs.
Colorado Springs Senior Center

The Colorado Springs Senior Center is a place for aging adults 55 and up to stay active, participate in a wide range of diverse activities, enjoy a good meal and connect with their community.

Fountain Valley Senior Center

Under the Department of Human Services, it is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults by providing transportation services, nutrition programs, fitness and wellness programs, other educational opportunities, as well as information and referral, networking, advocacy and collaboration for adult protection.
PILLAR Institute for Lifelong Learning

Produces over 300 liberal arts and science classes each year for those young at heart. In addition, there are community lectures by community leaders, Living History portrayals, Reader's Theater performances, day tours and extended trips. PILLAR Is a volunteer-driven membership organization that is open to all in the Pikes Peak region.
Tri-Lakes Silver Alliance

Offers a portfolio of services and support for the northern El Paso County area senior citizens including: daily operation of a Seniors Center, periodic Senior Day Trips, assistance on senior health and well-being, and information clearinghouse for community assistance and support activities. It serves Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Gleneagle and the unincorporated areas of northern El Paso County.
