Speak French

Location: Penrose Library

The library hosts an advanced conversation group for those who desire to practice French. For more information, please follow the link to the library's calendar of events. We meet downtown every Friday from 12:00-1:00pm.

Speak German

Location: East Library

The library hosts a conversation group for non-native speakers who wish to practice German. Some German language skills are recommended. For more information, please follow the link to the library's calendar of events. We meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 6:00-7:30pm.

Speak Spanish

Location: East Library

This is an informal Spanish conversation group, including intermediate-advanced students and native speakers. It is not an instructional time and no English is spoken during the meetings. It is an opportunity to enjoy and practice speaking and learn casually from more experienced speakers. The group welcomes new participants, as well as ideas for activities or topics of discussion. We meet every Thursday from 1:30-3:00pm.
